Amusement parks
The Baltic Miniature Park at 98 Nowomyśliwska Street in Międzyzdroje lets you see the Baltic coastline during one short walk. Models of monuments and lighthouses are built at a 1:25 scale and arranged according to their real geographic positions.
The route presents architecture from nine Baltic countries: Poland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You can see lighthouses, castles and churches, as well as a miniature Øresund Bridge between Denmark and Sweden. A separate area contains a model railway layout of about 500 m². Because the models follow the map, they create an easy way to talk about travel and the history of the Baltic region.
The park is visited with a guide, and guiding is included in the ticket price. The route itself takes about 45 minutes, but allow extra time for photos and questions. The exhibits are mainly outdoors; in rainy weather the park provides umbrellas. Free toilets, parking and the seasonal Bałtycki Kredens food outlet are available on site. Dogs are allowed.
The park is open all year. Its current schedule is seasonal: November–January 10:00 am–3:00 pm, February–March 10:00 am–4:00 pm, April and October 10:00 am–5:00 pm, May–June 10:00 am–6:00 pm, 1 July–15 August 9:30 am–7:00 pm, and 16 August–30 September 10:00 am–6:00 pm. An adult ticket costs PLN 45, reduced admission PLN 38, a 2+2 family ticket PLN 140, and children up to 3 enter free. Confirm prices and hours before travelling.
