Cookie policy
Tripto.pl uses cookies and similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage). We explain exactly what we store on your device, for what purpose, for how long and how you can manage your consent.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Legal basis
Under Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, storing information on your device or accessing it requires your prior consent, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you requested or to transmit a communication. That is why essential technologies work without consent, while marketing technologies run only after you consent. Our statistics (Umami) do not store information on your device, so they do not require consent.
Where we process personal data in connection with cookies, the legal basis is: for essential technologies — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the service) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and remembering your choice); for cookieless statistics — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in improving the service); for the partner widget — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. More information is available in the privacy policy.
Essential
The service would not work properly without them. They do not require consent and are not used for tracking.
Payments for posters and Premium take place on the Stripe page, which uses its own cookies necessary for payment security and fraud prevention — according to Stripe’s policy.
- sb-<project ID>-auth-token (first-party cookie, may be split into parts .0, .1 etc.) — keeps you signed in (Supabase). Set only after you sign in; valid until you sign out, for no longer than about 400 days.
- sb-<project ID>-auth-token-code-verifier (first-party cookie) — temporary security for signing in with an e-mail link or with Google; removed once sign-in is complete.
- ttg-consent (localStorage) — remembers your choice in the cookie banner (partner widget yes/no) so we do not ask on every visit. Kept until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
- tripto:saved-places:v2 (localStorage; older versions: tripto:saved-places, tripto:favorites) — the list of favourite places saved without signing in. Kept until you remove it or clear your browser data; it is not sent to our server until you sign in.
Marketing and partners (with consent)
- GetYourGuide widget (GetYourGuide Deutschland GmbH) — shows ticket and tour offers. We load it only after your marketing consent, given in the banner or with the show-offers button in place of the widget (clicking it saves this consent). Once loaded, GetYourGuide may store and read its own cookies or data in browser storage — their names and lifetimes are set out by GetYourGuide in its cookie policy.
How to manage consent
On your first visit we show a banner with three options: “Accept all”, “Essential only” or “Customize” — where you switch marketing (the GetYourGuide widget) on or off. The accept and reject buttons are equally prominent, and without your choice optional technologies stay off.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the button on this page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything done before. After withdrawal no new cookies are stored, but cookies stored earlier may remain in your browser until they expire — you can delete them in your browser settings.
Browser settings
You can also view, block and delete cookies and local storage data in your browser settings (usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies and site data”) and use private browsing. Instructions are in your browser’s help pages.
Blocking essential technologies may stop some features from working — e.g. signing in, remembering your consent choice or favourite places. Clearing browser data also deletes your saved choice, so the banner will appear again.
