Alpacas at the Brick House

Alpacas at the Brick House are a small-scale animal experience at an agritourism farm in Koruszka near Milicz, in the heart of the Barycz Valley. The hosts have kept alpacas since 2013 and organise meetings and guided walks. This is not a large walk-in zoo: arrange your visit with the owners in advance.

Meeting the alpacas

The fenced two-hectare property includes alpaca paddocks, woodland, a meadow, a relaxation area and a firepit. During an arranged visit you can learn about the herd and the animals’ habits, join the hosts while they feed the alpacas and sometimes pet them. Walks are guided, so ask about available dates, contact rules and weather conditions before travelling.

The Brick House and the area

The Brick House is a converted early-20th-century farm building that also operates as small-scale accommodation. Guests can combine a stay with an alpaca meeting, a quiet rural break and cycling routes. A more than 20-kilometre former narrow-gauge railway trail runs nearby, while the Barycz Valley is ideal for trips through forests, fishponds and peaceful country roads.
