Termy Maltańskie stands beside Lake Malta and combines three different experiences in one complex: sports swimming, a water park and an extensive sauna area. The facility uses natural geothermal water drawn from a depth of 1,306 metres to supply some of its pools. The geothermal borehole is one of the complex’s most distinctive features.
According to current information from the facility, Termy Maltańskie has 18 sports and recreational pools with a combined water surface of around 5,000 m². The sauna area contains 19 rooms, including dry saunas and steam baths, while the recreational zone offers indoor slides and seasonal outdoor attractions. In practice, these can feel like three different visits in one place: a swimming workout, a family water park session or several quieter hours in the sauna area.
Choose your preferred zone before you arrive, because ticket types and access depend on which areas you want to use. For a recreational visit, allow several hours, especially if you want to make use of the slides, outdoor pools and saunas. The complex lies on the northern shore of Lake Malta, making it easy to combine with a walk around the lake, although on weekends and during school holidays it is worth arriving earlier.
