Technical monuments
INDUSTRIADA is the celebration of the Silesian Voivodeship’s Industrial Monuments Route — an event that opens dozens of industrial sites at the same time and turns them into a distributed festival. In 2026, its 17th edition took place on 13–14 June, with a programme covering 48 sites in 30 towns.
The programme brings together mines, steelworks, railways, breweries, a radio station, museums and former factories. Recognisable highlights include the Silver Mine in Tarnowskie Góry, the Guido Mine and Queen Luiza Adit in Zabrze, the Upper Silesian Narrow-Gauge Railway, the Gliwice Radio Station, Tyskie Browarium and the Old Factory in Bielsko-Biała. Depending on the venue, the festival offers tours, workshops, demonstrations, concerts and family activities.
This is not a single venue but an event spread across the voivodeship. Pick 2–3 sites in one area and check for each whether booking, a ticket or special transport is required. The organiser publishes the programme, venue list and current rules at industriada.pl; confirm the next edition’s date before planning a trip.
