Mountains & peaks
Hrobacza Łąka (828 m above sea level) is a scenic summit in the Little Beskids, in the Magurka Wilkowicka range. The meadow has a distinctive millennium cross, a viewpoint and a private mountain hut. In clear weather you can see Lake Międzybrodzkie, the Silesian and Żywiec Beskids, and sometimes Babia Góra and the Tatras.
A useful first option is a loop from Żarnówka Mała by the Porąbka dam: the red trail runs via the Bujakowski Groń area to Hrobacza Łąka, while the yellow trail descends through Żarnówka Duża. The official route description gives about 10 km, 3 hours 30 minutes of walking without breaks and around 500 m of ascent. Along the way you look over the Soła valley and Lake Międzybrodzkie.
The summit lies on the red section of the Little Beskids Trail. Other approaches start in Kozy, Straconka and Międzybrodzie Bialskie, making longer ridge walks possible. The route is wooded, rocky and steep in places; good boots are important after rain and in winter. Check the weather, markings and conditions, and confirm hut and parking availability before travelling.
