Byczyna Stronghold (Gród Byczyna)

Gród Byczyna in Biskupice is a timber reconstruction of a medieval stronghold beside the Biskupice “Brzózki” reservoir, in Byczyna municipality. Built in 2006–2007 as a Polish-Czech Knights’ Training Centre, it uses a six-metre palisade, gate, towers and wooden buildings to create a setting for events, workshops and themed stays.
