Mr Kleks’s Tale is an interactive centre for play and learning at 23 Porcelanowa Street in Katowice, inside the former Porcelain Factory complex. The visit is self-guided, with families moving through themed zones and completing activities. It is designed mainly for children around 5–12 years old, while parents take part in the experience too.
The venue has interactive zones built around puzzles, experiments, movement-based activities and environmental themes. The exhibits engage touch, hearing and smell. One ticket covers all available attractions, and there is no time limit for the visit. Zones can change, so check the current programme before buying.
Children cannot visit alone and need an adult companion; every participant needs a ticket. Shoes are left before entering the exhibition, so bring spare socks. A pushchair is not practical throughout the route; a sling or baby carrier is better for toddlers. The Meluzyna café serves snacks and desserts.
According to the current schedule, the venue is closed Monday to Wednesday, open Thursday and Friday 3:00–7:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am–8:00 pm. Prices depend on the date, time and ticket type and appear after selecting a slot online. Book ahead because slots can sell out. Parking is free for up to 3 hours after showing the parking ticket at reception, then costs PLN 6 per started hour. Bus 930 stops at Fabryka Porcelany; the nearest tram stop is Zawodzie Ośrodek Sportowy.
Ceny zależą od daty, godziny i rodzaju biletu; aktualny cennik pojawia się po wyborze terminu online.
