Terms of sale for digital map posters
Effective from 8 October 2026
These terms govern purchases of map posters (digital content) on tripto.pl. Please read them before ordering — accepting them is required to buy.
1. Seller
The seller is Bartosz Kołodziej, Łubowo 127, 62-260 Łubowo, Polska, NIP 7842438640, e-mail kontakt@tripto.pl, a sole trader registered for VAT in Poland (the “Seller”). Contact for orders and complaints: kontakt@tripto.pl.
2. Definitions
Buyer — the person or entity placing an order. Consumer — a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or profession. Poster — a digital file with a map generated according to the parameters chosen by the Buyer.
3. Subject of the contract and technical requirements
The Seller supplies digital content: a poster in PDF and PNG (up to 300 dpi, size according to the chosen format), made to order according to the parameters set by the Buyer in the editor (place, map extent, theme, format, texts).
Any device with a browser or a PDF/PNG viewer can open the files. The files have no DRM. An e-mail address is required to order.
The editor preview reflects the poster design; small colour differences in print may result from the printer, paper and print settings.
4. Prices and payment
Prices in the editor are final gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) including VAT (23%). No delivery or other fees are added. Prices may be reduced with a promotion code entered on the payment page.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (card, BLIK, Przelewy24 and other methods shown on the payment page). Payment is made in advance, before the file is generated.
VAT invoice: if you buy as a business, enter your VAT ID on the payment page — we will issue a VAT invoice and send it by e-mail. Consumers may request an invoice at kontakt@tripto.pl within 3 months after the end of the month of purchase.
5. Conclusion and performance of the contract
You order in the editor by entering your e-mail, accepting these terms and the statement in section 6, and paying on the payment page. The contract is concluded when the order is placed with an obligation to pay; unpaid orders expire after 60 minutes.
After payment, the file is generated automatically, usually within minutes (at the latest within 24 hours). We send the download link by e-mail and show it on the order page. The link works for 30 days — please save the files to your device; afterwards we will regenerate the file free of charge on request.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. This right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent before the end of the withdrawal period, after being informed of the loss of this right, and the Seller has provided confirmation (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act; Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The poster is also made to the Buyer’s specifications.
By ordering, the Buyer consents to delivery of the file before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal upon delivery. If the file has not yet been delivered, the Consumer may withdraw — a model withdrawal form is available at /formularz-odstapienia/.
7. Conformity and complaints
The Seller is liable to Consumers for the conformity of the poster with the contract (that the file is delivered, readable and matches the chosen parameters).
Send complaints to kontakt@tripto.pl with your order number and a description. We reply within 14 days. If the poster does not conform, we will first regenerate it; if that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, the Consumer may request a price reduction or, for a material lack of conformity, withdraw and receive a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
8. Licence and map data
The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence for personal, non-commercial use (printing for own use, including as a gift). Reselling the file or prints and sharing the file for mass reproduction is prohibited.
Maps are based on data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL), with a style based on the OpenMapTiles schema (© OpenMapTiles) and OpenFreeMap infrastructure. The data attribution is included in the PDF metadata, on the order page and in these terms; it is not printed on the poster itself. If the print is displayed publicly, please credit “© OpenStreetMap contributors” next to it.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use free assistance from consumer advocates and consumer organisations and, for cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net). Using these options is voluntary.
10. Personal data
The Seller is the data controller. We process your e-mail and order data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and invoicing data to meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payment data is processed by Stripe. Newsletter consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time. Details: tripto.pl privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
These terms are available free of charge on this page and can be saved or printed. The version in force when the order is placed applies. Polish law applies; this choice does not deprive Consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. The Polish version is binding; translations are for information.
